SANDWICH – A car struck a utility pole in Sandwich Sunday afternoon. The crash happened about 2 PM on Harlow Road just north of Holly Ridge Drive. One of the victims was taken to South Shore Hospital trauma center in Weymouth. The other victim was taken to Cape Cod Hospital. The pole was snapped and utility crews were called to replace it. The crash is under investigation by Sandwich Police.
