YARMOUTH – The new owner of Swan Pond Village, a 150-unit affordable housing complex in South Yarmouth, has recently completed a $6 million renovation of the property.
Michael Packard, vice president of operations for the property owner, Weston Associates in Boston, said, the renovation of the property including all the units took about one year.
Tenants in the complex are split about evenly between senior citizens and families. All the units were upgraded as part of the renovation.
The renovation was accomplished without the tenants having to leave their units.
