YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Police report that on Monday at 4 p.m., Proactive Anti-Crime Unit (PACU) Officers Nick Ambrosini, Christopher VanNess, and Sean Geary were conducting a homeless camp inspection behind a business on Route 28 in West Yarmouth.
Upon the inspection, PAC Officers encountered a female in one of the camps. She provided the Police Officers with a name but had no identification. A computerized search determined she was lying. Her real names was subsequently determined to be Nicole Alexis Turner, 25, of South Yarmouth and she was found to have 9 outstanding arrest warrants
Turner was placed under arrest and she was transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters. She was due to be arraigned in the Barnstable District Court Tuesday morning.
