FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that they received information that a male was going to a residence in Falmouth with a gun to collect on a drug debt. Later, four males arrived at the victim’s residence and were taken into custody by police. The suspects, three juveniles (ages 15, 17, & 17) and an 18-year-old adult were charged with Intimidation of a Witness, Assault with a Firearm, and Disorderly Conduct. One of the 17-year-old’s will also be charged with Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws and Possession of a Counterfeit Note—four $100 bills. The incident remains under investigation.
