BARNSTABLE – Just before noon on Monday there was a single vehicle rollover accident on Mary Dunn Road near Dromoland Lane in Barnstable Village. Slippery road conditions were a like factor in the crash which reportedly caused the vehicle to go across the road and down an embankment before rolling on its roof. Firefighters had to cut brush out of the way so that the victimr could be brought up the steep embankment. The driver was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.
