BOURNE – A tractor trailer reportedly struck a utility pole in Bourne shortly before noon. The crash happened on MacArthur Boulevard (Route 28) at Barlows Landing Road. Power was knocked out to about 450 Eversource customers. A large quantity of diesel fuel spilled from the truck and was being contained. The driver was not injured.
