BARNSTABLE – Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office inmates paying their debt to society recently provided labor to ready the Coast Guard Museum in Barnstable Village for its May 1st opening. The work saved the museum $3,800 in labor costs. Inmates vetted to work in the Community Service Program are given the opportunity to give back to society while serving their sentence at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility.
