PROVINCETOWN -The town of Provincetown is working on a plan to make improvements along Shank Painter Road and Route 6.
The goal is to improve conditions for vehicles, bicyclists and pedestrians.
A public workshop is being held Wednesday night where the Provincetown Department of Public Works will address concerns of abutters and other parties interested in the process.
Town officials are strongly encouraging the public to attend the forum, representatives from Environmental Partners Group will also be on hand to answer questions.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the pros and cons of prior suggestions and refine the components or features that will be included in the advanced design.
The meeting is scheduled for the Veterans Memorial Community Center between 4 and 7.
