FALMOUTH – Firefighters were able to quickly knock down a house fire in Falmouth. The fire broke out shortly before 2 PM at 52 Crescent Avenue. According to reports a heat gun was being used to remove paint and caught the roof line over the porch on fire. Crews checked to make sure the fire hadn’t spread into the house. Mutual aid covered the Falmouth stations while crews worked the scene.
