WELLFLEET – On Sunday at approximately 10:46 AM, the Wellfleet Police Department responded to the area of Newcomb Hollow Beach for a report of a male standing on the dune and exposing himself to people on the beach below. After responding and conducting an investigation, the Wellfleet Police placed a Phat Tran, 29 of Lynn, Massachusetts under arrest for two counts of Open and Gross Lewdness (subsequent offenses). Tran was transported to the Wellfleet Police Department for the booking process and is currently being held on $10,000 bail.
