TRURO – A child was reportedly struck by a car in Truro around 4 PM Sunday. Rescuers were called to the area of Old County Road near Fisher Road. The victim, reportedly about 12-years-old, was taken to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening. The driver of the red Jeep Grand Cherokee stayed at the scene. Truro Police are investigating the incident.
