9:15 AM update: Eastham Police report that Bridge Road has been closed from Dyer Prince Road to Rock Harbor Road due to primary wires down in the roadway. Please seek an alternate route. Eversource reported 314 customers lost power as seen on the map above.
2:00 PM update: Downed trees continue to cause scattered outages. 400 customers are without power in Brewster with 117 in Orleans. The Coast Guard took advantage of now subtropical storm Melissa to conduct some training off Cuttyhunk as seen in the above video.
