EASTHAM – The Cape Cod National Seashore is looking to fill multiple surf-lifeguard positions for six beaches for the 2020 summer season.
Applicants for the positions must possess a current nationally-recognized lifeguard certification and will be required to pass a surf-swim test at the beginning of the season.
Seashore officials said that the positions provide a great opportunity for new or experienced certified lifeguards to maintain fitness, develop new skills and gain exposure to National Park Service career opportunities.
Pay for all lifeguard positions range from $14.36 to $20.11 per hour, depending on qualifying experience and/or education.
The positions are for 40 hours per week and daily workouts are required.
The application period for the jobs is now open on usajobs.gov.
