WELLFLEET – On Wednesday March 4th the Wellfleet Police Department will be holding an Active Threat Drill at Wellfleet Outer Cape Health Services at 3130 State Highway (Route 6). This drill is being held in conjunction with the staff at Outer Cape Health and the Wellfleet Fire Department. The Wellfleet Police Department wants to advise residents in the area and motorists on Route 6 there will be an increased police activity during this training exercise beginning at 5 PM lasting approximately 3 hours. The activity should be limited to the area around Outer Cape Health and will not impact traffic on Route 6.
