NANTUCKET – Lottery applications for Housing Assistance Corporation’s Sachem’s Path, an affordable housing development on Nantucket, are now available online.
The 40 home community will feature one, two and three-bedroom single family homes off Surfside Road.
Infrastructure work began last fall and Falmouth-based J.K. Scanlon Company has been contracted to build the first 15 homes.
The lottery application deadline is May 21st.
