DENNIS – Dennis Fire reports that at 10:06 AM, they responded to a reported truck fire at 52 Bass River Lane. When Dennis Fire units arrived, they found the rear of a white box truck fully involved with flames extending to a nearby garage. Fire Chief Robert Brown tells Cape Wide News that Frehill Insulation Co. Inc. from Norwell was in the process of removing old insulation from a house when the suction unit motor caught fire. Firefighters stretched a hose line to stop the fire from going further into the garage as they extinguished the truck fire. There were no reported injuries to any workers or firefighters.
