MARSTONS MILLS – The group Keep Barnstable Beautiful is looking for volunteers throughout next month to help with a new project.

They need two to four people to fill four-hour shifts at the Redemption Shed, operated by the Town of Barnstable recycling facility in Marstons Mills where residents can donate redeemable cans and bottles to a local nonprofit organization.

Funds raised will support Barnstable beautification projects and help fund future KBB cleanup efforts.

Keep Barnstable Beautiful is a relatively-new chapter of Keep Massachusetts Beautiful which was recognized last year
