HARWICH – A car fire temporarily shut down Route 6 in Harwich. The fire broke out eastbound between exits 9 and 10 sometime after 9;30 p.m. Saturday evening. The vehicle was fully involved when firefighters reached the scene. Eastbound traffic was halted until the fire was doused and the vehicle could be towed. No injuries were reported.
