YARMOUTH – From Yarmouth Police: On Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at midnight, Yarmouth Police Department Patrol Officer Erik Journet stopped a 2020 Toyota on Willow Street in West Yarmouth for speeding.
During the stop, the driver 49-year-ole Reggie E. Winvush was placed under arrest for operating with a suspended license for the 16th time in Massachusetts, and speeding.
Casey A. Maher
Back up Patrol Officers Liam Breen and Mike Cheung arrived and the passenger Casey A. Maher, 45, of Hyannis was also placed under arrest for the possession of three small bags of crack cocaine.
Both arrested subjects were transported to Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters and are scheduled for arraignment today in the Barnstable District Court.
