FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that Raul Figueroa, 34, of Falmouth was arrested for three outstanding arrest warrants (Fail to Register as a Sex Offender-Level 2; Larceny by Credit Card & Credit Card Fraud; and Possession of Class A & Carrying a Dangerous Weapon) early Saturday afternoon. A search of his person revealed Clonazepam (pills), marijuana, and heroin. As a result, Mr. Figueroa was also charged with Possession of Class A and Class E.
