Fire crews battle blaze at West Yarmouth residence

WEST YARMOUTH – Yarmouth Fire received multiple calls for a house fire at 53 Abells Road just before 4:30 PM Sunday afternoon. Crews arrived to find heavy fire showing from the structure and there reports of some small explosions. There were no reports of injuries. A Hyannis engine responded to assist at the scene while other units covered the Yarmouth fire stations.
