Fire destroys shed in Centerville

CENTERVILLE – From Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills (COMM)FD: At 3:14 AM, COMM Fire Department received a call for a possible shed fire on Route 28, called in by a passerby on Route 28. The fire was found to be in the rear of 51 Larch Lane. The fire was in a 10X12 lean to type out building found to be fully involved. The building and the contents were a total loss. Mutual aid was called for station coverage from Hyannis, Mashpee and West Barnstable Fire Departments. There were no injuries on scene. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
