Four arrested on drug charges following search

– On Tuesday at approximately 4:15 a.m., detectives from the Dennis Police Department, with assistance from the Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council SWAT team, executed a search warrant at 148 Route 28, Dennis Port, which was the result of an investigation into suspected drug sales activity at that location.

As a result of the search four occupants of the home were arrested for the following charges:

  • Kayleigh Kelley, age 27 of Mashpee: Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in Heroin and Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin Is Kept.

  • Richard Serriello, age 27 of Harwich: Conspiracy to Violate Drug laws, Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Cocaine and Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin Is Kept.

  • Joshua McInnis, age 22 of Dennis Port: Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Cocaine, Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin Is Kept, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card (Two Counts), Possession of a Class B Drug, Possession of a Class C Drug and Possession of a Class E Drug and Conspiracy to Violate Drug laws.

  • Francisco Cunha, age 23 of Dennis Port: Conspiracy to Violate Drug laws, Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of a Class B Drug (Two Counts), Possession of a Class C Drug, Possession of a Class E Drug, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card (Two Counts) and Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin Is Kept.

Seized as a result of the search warrant:

  • Cocaine- 30 grams

  • Heroin- 63 grams

  • Rounds of Ammunition-.357 and .22 caliber

  • $8,230 in cash

as well as cell phones, other electronic devices and items used in the processing, packaging and distribution of controlled substances.

Additional assistance was provided during the search by the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit.

All four subjects were scheduled to be arraigned in the Orleans District Court on Tuesday.
