BOURNE – Nearly a thousand Eversource customers in Bourne and Falmouth lost power Christmas morning. A large tree came down on Shore Road near Red Brook Harbor Road about 6:45 a.m. bringing down several wires. Eversource crews were able to quickly restore power to all but about 300 customers. The roadway was closed while crews cleared the wires and removed the tree.
