MASHPEE – A person nearly drowned in Mashpee early Thursday afternoon. The incident happened at Maushop Village Beach off Vineyard View Lane around 1:20 PM. According to reports a nurse revived the victim who was transported to Falmouth Hospital. Further details were not immediately available.
