PROVINCETOWN – One person was injured while walking on the popular West End breakwater in Provincetown early Tuesday afternoon. Because of low tide, EMTs were taken to the scene by U.S. Park Rangers. The victim reportedly suffered a possible back injury and minor cuts and was transported by the rangers to the Herring Cove parking lot to meet an ambulance. There have been a series of mishaps on the rocks there.
