HYANNIS – A plane made an emergency landing at Barnstable Municipal Airport after the pilot declared an emergency. The Rectrix plane reportedly indicated a problem with the landing gear. The aircraft with 9 souls on board landed safely about 9:20 PM with airport and Hyannis firefighters standing by. No injuries were reported. The incident is under investigation.
