SANDWICH – Monday afternoon, Sandwich Police promoted three officers and recognized the retirement of two officers. Promotions were: Det. Gumbleton, Sgt. Trayner and Lt. Keene. Retirements were: Det. Brun and Lt. Guillemette. Congratulations to all!
