– Yarmouth Police report that on Wednesday, a Knock and Announce search warrant was obtained from First District Court of Barnstable authorizing the search of 9 Vacation Avenue, West Yarmouth, authorizing police officers to search for heroin and evidence related to the distribution of heroin. The search warrant also authorized the search of Noelle Johnson and any persons present in the location to be searched. The search warrant was obtained based on probable cause developed during the investigation into the distribution of heroin by Noelle Johnson.

At approximately 8:00 p.m., Yarmouth Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit detectives Scott Lundegren and Christopher Kent along with Detective Sergeant Kal Boghdan and member of the Yarmouth Police Proactive Anti-Crime Unit executed the search warrant

Upon executing the search warrant and entering the residence, police found Noelle Johnson along with her parents, Lisa Johnson and Michael Johnson, inside the home.

During the search two plastic baggies containing an off-white powder (heroin) were recovered from Noelle’s bedroom along with plastic baggies, a cell phone, and white powder drug cut along with three digital scales. Additionally, recovered from the bedroom belonging to Lisa and Michael was a plastic baggie containing an off-white powder (heroin), a digital scale, white powder drug cut, folded paper packaging and clear plastic baggies.

Noelle, Lisa, and Michael Johnson (above l-r) were placed under arrest for possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance (heroin) and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act.

Subsequent to the execution of the search warrant all officers cleared the scene. All seized items were secured pending processing as evidence.

All subjects were transported to the Yarmouth Police Department Headquarters where they were booked and processed and are scheduled for arraignment in the Barnstable District Court today.

9 Vacation Lane, West Yarmouth, is the same home in which Jeffrey Michael Laurie was arrested for heroin distribution during a search warrant execution last Thursday (see related story here).
