FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that Barrows Road is closed, between Fresh Pond Road and Baptiste Lane due to a water main break. From the south end of Fresh Pond (Route 28), access can be gained to Air Park Drive. From the north end (Carriage Shop Rd) access can be gained up to 116 Fresh Pond Rd. There is no access to Fresh Pond Road from Barrows Road.
