On October 26th at 9:16 p.m. Ofc. Jennifer Nolette arrested
Orane Powell, 33, of Provincetown who was charged with
Assault and battery on a person over 60
Assault and battery on a person over 60 with injury

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.
FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 24th at 6:46 p.m.
Judith A. Killeen, 49, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
On October 25th at 1:47 p.m.
Noreen M. McNamara, 60, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
On October 26th at 3:25 p.m.
Brian T. Peterson, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
On October 26th at 6:44 p.m.
Matthew Thevenin, 49, of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest
On October 26th at 7:15 p.m.
Craig A. Costa, 45, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
