On September 5th at 12:41 a.m. Ofc. Simon Saliba arrested
Michael Kraby, 50, of Danvers, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Leaving the scene of property damage
On September 8th at 2:39 p.m. Ofc. Tyler Dow arrested
Whitney Kay Hammons, 41, of East Boston who was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery on a police officer
Threatening to commit a crime
On September 9th at 4:46 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Marcos Herminio Prieto, 33, of Pico Rivera, CA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Larceny of a motor vehicle

On September 10th at 7:02 p.m. Ofc. John Medeiros arrested
Daniel S. Griswold, 27, of Yarmouthport who was charged with

Assault and battery on a police officer

David C. Luongo of Forestdale was charged with
Possession of large capacity firearm
Possession rifle, shotgun or amo without FID card
Improperly store large capacity firearm
Possession of large capacity feeding device
