HARWICH – A woman and child on paddleboards were rescued after they were unable to get back to shore because of the wind. Harwich rescuers were called to the Atlantic Street beach sometime after 4 PM. The two, who were wearing life jackets, were picked up by a Harwich Harbormaster and brought to shore. Both declined medical treatment.
