Yarmouth Police Headquarters Serves as Collection Site for USMCR Toys for Tots

YARMOUTH
From Yarmouth Police: During this holiday season Yarmouth Police Headquarters is again serving as an important Mid-Cape Area official United States Marine Corps collection site for donated items in support of the United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program.

The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver a shiny new toy at Christmas as a message of hope to needy local children that will help motivate them to grow into responsible—productive—patriotic citizens—and community leaders.  The United States Marine Corps Reserve operates the program, which involves the collection of new, unwrapped toys during the holiday season for distribution as gifts to needy children all across Cape Cod.

Anyone who can contribute is asked to bring their gifts to Yarmouth Police Headquarters—located at 340 Higgins Crowell Road in West Yarmouth—at any time during the day or night between now and December 25, 2018.
