300 Committee to Host Post Holiday Stroll in Falmouth

FALMOUTH – Overeating can also be a Thanksgiving tradition and the 300 Committee is offering an opportunity to walk off some of those holiday calories.

The committee is hosting a free Post-Thanksgiving Stuffing Stroll to enjoy Beebe Woods in Falmouth on Sunday, November 25 from 1 to 3 p.m .

Strollers of all ages are invited and should expect a moderate pace, with a few hills.

Walkers should also be prepared for some uneven footing as the group makes its way to the Punch Bowl lake and back.

Participants will meet at the lot at the top of Highfield Drive.

Do dogs are allowed.

The 300 Committee Land Trust is a private, non-profit land trust, whose mission is to permanently preserve and protect open space in Falmouth through acquisition, education, and stewardship.

Working with the town, citizen groups and other conservation organizations, the committee safeguards water and other natural resources, provide public green spaces, connect people with nature, and preserve Falmouth’s unique character and beauty.
