Applications Being Accepted for an Affordable Hyannis Rental Property

HYANNIS – The Ready Renters Program is accepting applications for a two-bedroom affordable rental property in Hyannis.

The Ridgewood Residences unit on Ridgewood Avenue has a monthly rent of just over $1,300 and qualified residents must have a combined household income that does not exceed 80 percent of the area median income.

Qualifying incomes are $74,500 for a family of five, $68,950 for a household of four, $62,100 for three people, $55,200 for two residents and $48,300 for an individual.

The deadline to apply is April 16 and applications can be requested at Barnstable and Yarmouth Town Halls and the Plymouth Redevelopment Authority.
