The Cape Cod Commission will conduct a public hearing in Cotuit today regarding the proposed construction of a 170 foot telecommunications facility tower.
Residents and stakeholders are invited to share their opinions on the project or ask questions of company and municipal officials as the commission considers whether to approve the monopole.
If given the go-ahead the structure, which would serve wireless carriers, will be erected on the site of the former Main Street water tank.
Today’s meeting will take place at 5:00 P.M. at Cotuit’s Freedom Hall.
