Cape Cod’s Nature Place to Host ‘East Coast Therapy Dogs’

BREWSTER – Cape Cod’s Nature Place is calling on all dog lovers for a canine friendly event this month.

Join Gina Hayes and her troupe of exceptional dogs and trainers for East Coast Therapy Dogs, an hour-long community program where a group of volunteer therapy dogs teach children and dogs to interact safely through carefully selected games and programs.

The audience will often comprise of adults, those with special needs and children who are afraid of dogs, but are willing to learn.

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History says anyone who loves dogs will love this experience.

The program is scheduled for Saturday, February 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. It is free with Museum admission.

The mission of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is to inspire appreciation, understanding and stewardship of the natural environment through discovery and learning.
