HYANNIS – The CapeFlyer is extending its Super Summer Sunday Savings Fare for the entire 2017 season.

The tickets, which cost $15, are good for round-trip, same day travel on Sundays.

The tickets can be purchased at the MBTA Commuter Rail ticket office at South Station or through the mTicket app. The special tickets are not available for purchase on-board.

“This convenient and affordable fare is designed to encourage people to take a daytrip to enjoy our beaches, museums, bike trails, shops, restaurants, tours golf and everything else the makes the Cape and Islands special in the summer,” said Tom Cahir, the administrator of the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority.

Customers will also be able to purchase ticket books for 10 round-trips for the cost of eight. The ticket books can be purchased by contacting Kathy Jensen at [email protected] or 508-775-8504. They are only available for purchase until June 16.
