Faith Communities Plan Gatherings in Hyannis and Orleans

HYANNIS – A number of Barnstable faith communities will host an “Interfaith Gathering of Unity, Love and Strength” on Saturday at the Cape Cod Synagogue in Hyannis.

The event is intended as a time to be together with all who wish to counter messages of hatred by kindling the light of hope and human dignity for all.

Members of the Martin Luther King Action Team of the Nauset Interfaith Association will on the Village Green in Orleans to celebrate “Unity in Diversity”.

Organizers seek to acknowledge equal rights and justice among all members of the local community.
