CHATHAM – First Night Chatham favorite Rick Larrimore returns to Cape Cod for two shows on August 17 at the new Monomoy Regional High School in Harwich at 6 and 8 p.m.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children and are available online at FirstNightChatham.com.

According to the concert’s organizers, Larrimore gives his audience the total Rod Stewart experience, capturing four decades of million seller hits that made the performer a rock-and-roll icon.

Larrimore up front, close and very personal performances are meant to capture Stewart’s humor, high energy, and savoir faire.

From “Maggie May” to “Downtown Train” to the latest American Songbook classics, when Larrimore takes the stage his audiences worldwide believe the “Rodfather” is in the house.

Larrimore attended The Berklee College of Music in Boston and has shared the stage with top national acts while refining that raspy Rod vocal style.

His interpretation has even fooled some audience members into taking photos before realizing it’s not the real Rod Stewart.

Larrimore’s performances at First Night have been standing room only.

The concert this month is part of First Night’s Silver Jubilee celebration and is presented as a thank you for 25 years of supporting the annual celebration of music and the performing arts.

First Night Chatham is one of the largest family friendly, alcohol-free New Year’s Eve celebrations in New England.
