BARNSTABLE – Passengers on a whale watching trip on Cape Cod Bay got a close-up look of a great white shark feasting on a dead fin whale on Sunday.
Joanne Jarzobski, a marine biologist on the board the Hyannis Whale Watcher, captured the dramatic image.
She said they were about 7 miles north-northwest of Barnstable Harbor at the time.
