Guided Walk to Explore Bell’s Neck Conservation Lands in Harwich

HARWICH – A guided walk exploring Bell’s Neck Conservation Lands and the West Reservoir in West Harwich will be held Thursday, December 12.

The walk is sponsored by the Harwich Conservation Department and Harwich Conservation Trust.

Harwich Conservation Administrator Amy Usowski and AmeriCorps Cape Cod member Hannah Schmidt will lead the walk and discuss the natural history and habitats of Bell’s Neck and its landscape significance of bordering the Herring River.

The free 1.5- to 2-mile walk is from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Rain will cancel the walk.
