Algae Bloom Detected at Bells Neck Conservation Area

HARWICH – The Harwich Conservation Commission has reported a potential toxic algae bloom in the West Reservoir in the Bells Neck Conservation Area.

They have urged visitors to keep themselves and their pets out of the water.

The town has placed a warning sign, which will be removed once the hazard has dissipated.
