Nantucket Cottage Hospital to Help With Medicare Planning

NANTUCKET – The enrollment and change period for Medicare’s Part D Prescription drug plan is now underway until December 7^th. To get the Part D coverage you must be enrolled in or join a plan approved by Medicare.

Nantucket Cottage Hospital is offering to assist Medicare recipients who wish to enroll or review their current prescription plan. Officials with the hospital are advising anyone covered they should check their plan annually as changes can take place every year.

The hospital is offering a drop in fair to address questions and concerns with the program, it will take place Saturday, October 27^th and Sunday October 28^th from 1-5 at the hospital. Staff will be on hand to provide consultations on a first come first served basis.
