Osterville Village Library Hosts “Life in Harmony”

OSTERVILLE – The Osterville Village Library is hosting “Life in Harmony” on April 6 at 5-6:30 p.m.

Xiomy and Chris will talk of how Ayurveda works and differs from other medicines, The Tridosha Concept, daily routines and how healthy habits help increase longevity.

Xiomy and Chris started their practice of Ayurvedic medicine in 2016 after studying in India, at the College of Ayurveda and Panchakarma.

The name of the practice is Life in Harmony, which is what they attempt to do on a daily basis, bring harmony to individual’s lives and the planet as a whole.

Chris studied herb ology, advanced massage, diagnosis of patients and preparation of the medicines.

Xiomy enrolled in several other courses including Yoga Therapy, and Ayurvedic Pregnancy care.

They are both Ayurvedic Practitioners in Chatham, who are passionate about practicing and sharing their knowledge.

Join the Osterville Village Library to explore a healthier approach to living a Life in Harmony during the spring season, while learning to listen to your heart.

The presentation is in the handicapped accessible main meeting room of the Osterville Village Library.
