HYANNIS – Starting at 6 p.m. Friday, the Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) will be shutting down services until 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
No RMV services will be offered at the RMV’s locations, as well as AAA, auto dealerships, and insurance companies. This includes registration, license renewals, and vehicle safety inspections.
The RMV’s internet and phone services will also not be running.
Technological systems will be upgraded throughout the RMV over the Veterans Day holiday weekend.
