SANDWICH- Members of the Bourne Republican Town Committee voted unanimously this month to endorse the candidacy of Ronald Beaty for the 5th Barnstable District State Representative seat.
In a recent statement Beaty said, “I would like to sincerely thank the Bourne RTC for their endorsement and confidence in me in this endeavor.”
A current Barnstable County Commissioner, Beaty further stated, “I shall continue to stand for limited government, fiscal responsibility, lower taxes, transparency and accountability, as well as protecting the public interest.”
Beaty will face off against current Sandwich State Representative Randy Hunt during next month’s primary.
