Barnstable County Sheriff Jim Cummings was sworn into office last week for his 4th term in office. The oath of office was administered by Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito. We spoke with Cummnigs after the ceremony to talk about his past years in office and what’s ahead in the future for the sheriff’s department.
