YARMOUTH PORT – LIfeguards rescued a person who nearly drowned at Bass Hole in Yarmouth Port shortly after 11 a.m. The victim was brought into Chapin Beach on the Dennis side. The victim was conscious and was evaluated by Yarmouth EMTs.
